  This shop has such a cozy and welcoming environment. I love the drinks that they have there and as a college student, it is a great place to study and stay focused.

  Appalling customer service! They refused to help me place an order when their website had problems. I tried calling and emailing to no avail, and after a week I gave up and will never ever return. I felt completely snubbed. "Snooty" is too polite a word for this joint. They don't even offer a unique product, I found a company in St. Paul with the same exact tea, the same exact pictures of the tea, but it is HALF THE PRICE. These ladies are rude and they are a rip off. Shameful. I figure a business owner who wouldn't go out of their way to help a returning customer place a 30$ order has no business sense whatsoever.

  Atmosphere is very classy and excellent for a meeting with friends or a quiet workspace. The loose leaf tea is excellent, and they have very good bubble tea too. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They try to make sure you get what you like and like what you get. :)
